Jason M. Rammel has always considered himself a “dirt lawyer.” If it involves land, Mr. Rammel is interested. The firm’s real estate practice includes sales, leases, easements, water rights, development, title curative, and litigation. Mr. Rammel represents commercial property owners in the acquisition and disposition of existing developments, as well as leasing matters and regulatory compliance. Mr. Rammel represents individuals in residential and farm and ranch sales, including the reservation and conveyance of mineral and water rights. Mr. Rammel also represents property owners in matters pertaining to the enforcement of conditions, covenants, and restrictions. Some of the more unique matters that Mr. Rammel has been involved with include a solar farm lease, conveyance of Edwards Aquifer water rights, and the enforcement of deed restrictions against a quarry operator. As part of his real estate practice, Mr. Rammel also provides legal services related to corporate formation and governance.
